But the shippers who'll nitpick at stupid details in the source work to show that their pairing is "right" and get into heated wars with people who support other ships or writing fifteen fanfictions that are all basically the same story, derailing all characterization and character development just so you can get the outcome the source material "robbed" you of, because the creators don't know shit about their own work and you're so much more qualified to handle it...That's just too far.
