Anyone who hasn't picked this series up yet fucking needs to oh my god this new arc...! This is some bitchin' plotting Ian Flynn pulling off like a BOSS. It's gonna be hella interesting to see how Sally being roboticized affects both the heroes, and Eggman's side of things. While we're already seeing the effects, there's some pretty big hints that even bigger shit is gonna go down.

I am asking because that is the latest issue I have now read (if it hasn`t been published in America yet, here the explanation: Archie sends the comics one month earlier to germany if you have them in a foreign abo) and to be honest, I look forward to what is coming. The last one was a great issue and what I heard that may come up is also quite interesting. Regarding Sonic Universe, I thought the Scrouge story was good, Babylon rising I am still waiting up what the third issue is about. Also, for everyone who likes shout outs to MST3K, this is the cover to come. Crap, Sonic Universe is suddenly starting to look good. And I already read way too many damn comics. Hmm, maybe I can drop Justice League Dark and pick up SU. I'll have to look into that.
But yeah, totally loving the current Sonic plotline. Things are getting crazy, and it's been pretty all-out intense for this entire arc. |

SU arc ended on a bang and a half, and Sonic proper's gettin' all cloak-and-dagger up in here, and I'm certainly intrigued.

I`ve read the new SU and the new Sonic main comic yesterday and here is what I think:
SU: Damn, Eggman sure did come up with some nice lines here. The way he keeps his minions in check was very funny to read and also very fitting to how he acts at the moment. The Sonic main comic... damn. I really don`t want to spoil what happens here, so I don`t quit know what I could even tell. All I can say is that Eggman has managed again to hit Sonic (and the readers) were it really hurts. The faces of utter defeat you will see in the last pages are something I did not expect from this comic. I can`t wait for the next issue to see how the events of the current one will further unfold. I'm still baffled with the Sonic Megaman crossover. Its not going to be an alternate universe special. It's going to happen in the canon story and somehow make sense and be streamlined in with what is going on currently. From what I know the special will be game characters only and then after that robo Sally will be dealt with. Well either after or just before. Not sure.
I've read Ian's journal on DA he's battling dissenters of Sally Acorns impending redesign. I admit I wasn't at all impressed with it at first. But I blame that on the art style of the revealed image. But a fanart has me convinced that this is a good look and I'm fine with it now. QUOTE Speaking of Sonic, is it me or is Sonic Universe basically what Green Lantern Corps is for Green Lantern? Oh yeah and can you believe this? Sonic Underground is getting....something. I think a mini series? Sally's redesign isn't bothering me, and I dunno why it would bother anyone. It still looks like her, just her trying something different, fashion-wise. But, then again, this is the Sonic fandom...
