There's new shit on that website connected to this forum that usually stays dormant for varying periods of time! And you know its awesome, because there's a new Comic Release, made by yours' truly!
Oh, and Al, you made a fuck-up in the new Episode 10. I hate to be Mal, but... QUOTE As she read a brief paragraph about mating calls, Ami wondered if she would hear their cries of affection. I don't think cells make cries of affection when they merge... Do they....? Now, in my shame, I shall commit seppuku... Still funny though. The Altoid joke had me cracking up, what with the loop-throwing, and all. -------------------- |

God. The title of the newest comic said it all. It's monumental in awfulness. Capital job finding it, Shmeckie.
I hate webcomics in arbitrary Japanese settings. -------------------- |

ya that new web comic was pretty horrific, and that tarot thing was just plain laughable.
also i'd forgotten the horror that is episode ten, thank you for instilling me with an even greater desire to shoot my self. -------------------- ![]() |

Sep 17 2006, 11:38 PMQUOTE (SSJ Heero @ Sep 16 2006, 07:17 PM) God. The title of the newest comic said it all. It's monumental in awfulness. Capital job finding it, Shmeckie. Actually, Moab found it. He gave me a big list of webmanga to riff, and I pick random ones, read 'em, vomit, pass out, wake up, vomit again, pass out, wake up, hold back last bits of vomit, then I write Comic Release, then I vomit that last bit of hork, then I start stabbing myself to feel something other than nausea. -------------------- |

Awesome, another update! Episode 10 is still as great as ever... I found myself laughing out loud quite a few times, and this is one of my favorite quotes:
QUOTE That Luna is just so considerate, going so far as to plan ahead so that she won't be a bother to anyone if she's ever date-raped. Heh heh, priceless... The new installment of Comic Release was brilliant as well. The comic that was reviewed in this installment definitely seems to be the worst of the ones featured so far, but I can't shake this feeling of foreboding that they're not going to be getting better any time soon... Well, at least it'll make for a good laugh, because the review for this one was tremendous. I also took a look at the FAQ section just so I could read it for myself, and I almost wanted to puke when I read the end of it... QUOTE Q: You hate coloring??! But you're so good at it!! A: Ehe, thanks so much! It's true, I hate coloring. In fact, I'm not even particularly fond of drawing. I just took up art because I had no other choice. My health was so bad that I couldn't go back to sports and showbiz. ARGH! She doesn't like drawing or coloring, she's clearly not good at either of them, she can't tell a story to save her life, and yet this webcomic still exists?! WHY?!? -------------------- "He only profits from praise who values criticism." - Heinrich Heine

I like "you're so good it it!!" part, which you just KNOW she added in herself. From the same odd... Let's call it "humility" that brought you the bragging about "diplomas", and a possible career in sports and showbiz.
Bullshit much? -------------------- |

Hee hee hee unicorns.
Kinda sad, but shit like that actually makes me wanna do my own webcomic because I know for a fact I can churn out something ten times better. Unfortunately though I am not a fortune teller. Nor do I have a degree in master art. I bet that girl claps during the quiet parts of songs at concerts. |

Glad you guys enjoyed the update... And yes, you have me to blame for finding out about that Unicorn Forest comic.
QUOTE (Shmeckie @ Sep 16 2006, 04:02 PM) Whoops. Guess that teaches me to actually pay attention when I write these things.... Well, that joke kind of sucked ass anyway, so I replaced with a better one that makes more sense. Thanks for pointing that out. -------------------- ![]() You needn't worry about anything. Hello. This is Blackberry14, the one who had written The Real Truth. I must say at first I wasn't to happy that you had posted my story elsewhere, but when I started to read your comments I thought it was very entertaining. I even showed it to my friends.
Although, that story wasn't one of my best works. Even today I don't like it... I just thought, "I wonder what would happen if every sailor scout died?" So I kinda just did that story on a lark. Oh... decorations and I will promise never to spoil right in the middle of the story. Hey, if you think my other stories suck go right ahead and just say something about it. I'll read it and just laugh at how funny your comments were. Keep up the burning, bitch! |

Yeah, reasonable people are always nice.

good sports are really great.
But it kinda makes you feel less satisfied when PA'ing their work. But it is nice to finally find one -------------------- Yes I do live in Croydon, London. Yes, where the riots were. No, I don't know what it was like as I was on a two week vacation in Florida at the time : D

Well, I kinda figured that if I had said awful things about this site, then I wouldn't forgive myself. Personally, I really like this site.
I guess it is hard to PA someone after they say that it's all right, so I'm very sorry for ruining (god, I hope I spelt that right ><) your fun. Please accept my deepest apology. |

Oh for god's sake, don't go apologizing. The rest of them are just milking the same joke/remark/whatever over and over again.

Yeah, seriously. We've had enough incidents in the past with drama queens to know that we shouldn't take your good sportsmanship for granted. Believe me, it's a nice change of pace. The others are just playing around.

Hey, thanks for being mature about this, Blackberry14. No hard feelings.
