I have waaaay too many uncompleted games to list, but to be fair a lot of those are games are older titles that I have given up on ever "finishing" in the traditional sense. For example, I have come to accept that I will never see the final screen of Contra 3 for the SNES without using a cheat device. Also, I own a bunch of fighters that really can't be completed, unless you count beating arcade mode or whatever.
As for unplayed games, both Yoshi's Island DS and Ninja Gaiden II for the 360 have been sitting on my shelf forever, thanks to other games for those systems with a higher must-play priority constantly pushing them back. I'm also going to count Odin Sphere for the PS2, since I played that for all of one hour more than three years ago and haven't touched it since. I'd still like to play through it one of these days, but again, there always seems to be other games I want to get through first. EDIT: I completely forgot, I also bought Civilization III a number of years back and never bothered to install it. Looking back, I'm honestly not even sure why I decided to buy that game in the first place.

A lot of my games are incomplete, actually. To be fair, though, a lot of those are Pokemon ones and the definition for "complete" differs from person to person. I also love video games but am not terribly good at them, so final bosses tend to make me either stop playing a game and procrastinate on finishing it or kick my ass.
